RJM's Demo of System Block Diagrams
The user can select one of various first and second order systems, see a schematic of the system and the associated block diagram.
These can be described in terms of differentials/integrals, in which case the associated differential equation(s) are derived.
Or the Laplace operator, s, or jω are used, in which case the system transfer function is derived using the Forward/(1-Loop(s)) rule.
Click on the blocks in the diagram to change the parameters of the components (values, gains, time constants, etc).
If you select 'Show How Blocks Formed', the block diagram is developed in stages : click Next/Done button when it appears.
