Together, Psi Corps and The Nightwatch (an autonomous division of MiniPax, the Ministry of Peace) have banded together to protect YOU from those within our society who would harm it. These people are, in many ways, like you and me. They love their families, they may even feel that they love their country, planet and the Earth Alliance. Yet they are destructive rather than constructive in their actions, words, and even thoughts. The fragile peace that Earth has helped foster out on Babylon 5 can be shattered in more ways than one. While our government works to prevent another war among the stars, The Nightwatch, with help from the Psi Corps, is making the Earth Alliance stronger, by seeking out those who are damaging the Earth Alliance from within: helping them to realise their mistakes and come to terms with the new reality.
